Journal Maintenance and Database Degradation

I’ll be putting the Journal into Maintenance Mode soon, while I work on the theme. Shouldn’t take more than two hours, max.

Also, since I’m already writing a Journal article, I’ll mention that database-intensive parts of PlanetJK (like the Journal and the Photo Albums) seem to be taking an inordinate amount of time to load- I’m looking into it.
