The maintenance mode plugin worked perfectly, allowing me to test out the new theme but not worry about making things look funky for the public. Here’s a screenshot sample of the new theme (Sandbox + MIX) applied to the Journal, but without any graphics or tweaking:
Also, I got an e-mail from Geni.com Tech Support in response to my GEDCOM upload issue, and they posted a comment to yesterday’s Journal article which was skeptical about their privacy solutons. I posted my response in the following comment.
