Once I slip into geeky-project-mode I tend to split off into 1,000 directions. For example- tonight I’ve been:
downloading twitterfox, a firefox extension for twitter (including downloading (CC) sound effects from Freesound)
configuring gubb for QT and I to use from our Centros
researching moblogging tools for the Centro
researching TiVo info
playing a few Pmog missions
and the list [...]
So far my Ubuntu experience has been pretty good. So far I’d give it 8 out of 10 stars with an expectation to hit 9 out of 10 when I RTFM a little more.
